1. Return Period Customers have the right to return any product purchased on Allée Astrale up to 14 days after receipt.
2. Product Condition To be eligible for a return, products must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging.

4. Return Fees Return shipping costs are initially the customer’s responsibility. However, these fees will be refunded along with the product amount upon processing the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
5. Refunds and Exchanges Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not offer product exchanges.
